We will cover everything from communication, mindset, customer service, sales, closing, overcoming objections, and much more. The best people to send to this are technicians. For new door sales, we focus on the sales, tracking, and follow up. We do cover some of the sames sales basics as technician but more on follow up and product education. Both are one day sales trainings.
