Refunds & Cancellations Policy

Effective Date: September 24, 2025

This Refunds & Cancellations Policy applies to purchases and billing associated with Garage Door U’s programs and services (“Services”). While the mobile app does not process purchases directly, billing may occur through our website or invoicing systems and is typically handled via Stripe.

1) General Policy

  • Unless expressly stated otherwise in an offer or agreement, all sales are final.
  • We may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis when there are clear, documented issues with access or delivery of Services.
  • For questions regarding eligibility, contact us at [email protected] before purchasing.

2) Subscriptions & Recurring Charges

  • You may cancel future renewals at any time by contacting support or using the cancellation method provided in your billing portal (if available).
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No pro-rated refunds are issued for partially used periods unless required by law.

3) Programs, Events, and Coaching

  • Registrations for live events, workshops, or coaching are generally non-refundable. If you cannot attend, we will attempt to provide a transfer or credit when feasible and at our discretion.
  • Program access or deliverables (recordings, materials, communities) provided prior to a refund request may reduce or void refund eligibility.

4) Digital Materials

  • Downloads, templates, and digital resources are non-returnable. If you experience a technical issue preventing access, contact us for support.

5) Billing Errors & Chargebacks

  • If you believe there is a billing error, email [email protected] within 7 days of the charge and we will investigate.
  • Opening a card chargeback before contacting us may delay resolution. We reserve the right to dispute unfounded chargebacks and provide usage records to the payment processor.

6) How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] with:

  • Your name and the email used at purchase
  • Date and amount of the charge
  • Reason for the request (and any supporting screenshots)

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method by Stripe. Processing times vary by bank (typically 5–10 business days).

7) Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Effective Date” above will reflect the latest revision.
